聯合國教科文組織東亞地區辦事處攜手文化遺產和時尚領域的重要合作伙伴共同啟動一項為期兩年的能力建設項目（2025-2026年）——“非遺即時尚”，旨在將非物質文化遺產融入當代時尚。該計劃旨在為非遺傳承人、時尚專業學生以及新興設計師創造可持續的機會，以合作、開發以非遺為靈感的時尚產品，探索未來非遺時尚業務的新途徑。
　　為確保有意義且富有成效的學習體驗，項目將開展一系列工作坊，并將基于非遺傳承人、時尚專業學生和新興設計師感興趣的非遺元素組成小組。這種形式將使傳承人傳承他們的傳統知識和實踐，同時使時尚專業學生和新興設計師為合作帶來新的觀點、當代設計思維和市場意識。通過這種實踐性的、持續的小組，參加人員將共同開發基于非遺的時尚產品，并探索以尊重和振興傳統文化的方式商業化模式及維持非遺時尚業務的方法。
　　項目現公開征集非遺傳承人、時尚專業學生、新興設計師的加入，并參加為期兩年的系列工作坊，并在2026年底舉行非遺時尚展示會。

　　Call for Participants|ICH as Fashion:A Two-Year Capacity-Building Program on Integrating Intangible Cultural Heritage into Fashion
　　UNESCO Regional Office for East Asia,in collaboration with key partners in cultural heritage and fashion sectors,is launching atwo-year capacity-building program(2025-2026)“ICH as Fashion”,which aims at integrating intangible cultural heritage(ICH)into contemporary fashion.This initiative seeks to create sustainable opportunities for ICH bearers,fashion students and/or emerging designers to collaborate,develop ICH-inspired fashion products,and explore pathways for future ICH-fashion businesses.
　　To ensure ameaningful and productive learning experience,ICH bearers and fashion students or emerging designers will be teamed up and work together throughout a series of workshops based on the mutual interests of certain ICH elements.This structure allows ICH bearers to pass on their traditional knowledge and practices while fashion students and emerging designers bring new perspectives,contemporary design thinking,and market awareness to the collaboration.Through this hands-on,sustained partnership,participants will co-develop ICH-based fashion products and explore ways to commercialize and sustain ICH-fashion businesses in a way that respects and revitalizes cultural traditions.
　　We are now looking forICH bearers and fashion students or emerging designers to join this unique project and participate in a series of workshops over two years,culminating in a final ICH-fashion showcase at the end of 2026.
