　　今年9月，北京市昌平區以“再轉存”昌平城市更新暨存量資源推介論壇為契機和起點，踐行城市更新行動，持續關注城市空間形態、城市功能、人居環境的改善。本次通過發布昌平城市更新新場景設計競賽，我們希望招募到優秀的創意者團隊，從廣義策展角度重新思考城市更新的切入點與方法論。

　　昌平政府街作為昌平城區的主干路之一，承載了交通、政務、商業、學校等多重內容。道路的“通過性”是我們首要考慮的重點之一，比如街道兩側的停車區域與行人道的關系，以及地鐵站口的非機動車停放問題等。

　　每一條街道都會有市政井蓋、標識系統、花池景觀這類必備元素的存在。當行人漫步于街道之時，如果能為其增加一些趣味性，甚至讓它成為人們駐足觀賞的原因，那“它”一定具有與眾不同的個性。我們也期待有參賽者對這類小尺度的街道元素設計改造。
