　　關(guān)于“綠葉標”產(chǎn)品征集通知
　　為積極響應國務(wù)院印發(fā)的《關(guān)于加快建立健全綠色低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟體系的指導意見(jiàn)》推進(jìn)工業(yè)綠色升級、促進(jìn)綠色產(chǎn)品消費，工業(yè)和信息化部國際經(jīng)濟技術(shù)合作中心聯(lián)合世界綠色設計組織發(fā)起“綠葉標”產(chǎn)品評定服務(wù)，“綠葉標”是圍繞產(chǎn)品源頭綠色，針對產(chǎn)品全生命周期進(jìn)行評估后頒布的綠色產(chǎn)品標識。將在第五屆中國國際工業(yè)設計博覽會(huì )進(jìn)行官方發(fā)布，在全國范圍內公開(kāi)征集“綠葉標”產(chǎn)品，遴選和認定一批工業(yè)設計產(chǎn)品作為全國第一批“綠葉標”示范項目，目標為加速制造業(yè)綠色高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，激發(fā)企業(yè)提質(zhì)增效新動(dòng)能，推動(dòng)中國綠色產(chǎn)品走向世界！請各地機構及相關(guān)單位積極組織申報。
　　“綠葉標”產(chǎn)品征集產(chǎn)品范圍：各國家級工業(yè)設計中心、省級特色工業(yè)設計示范基地研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的綠色產(chǎn)品通過(guò)環(huán)境標志產(chǎn)品認證（十環(huán)認證、Ⅱ型認證）綠色產(chǎn)品、綠色之星認證產(chǎn)品、有機產(chǎn)品、綠色食品等其他國內、國際互通認可的綠色產(chǎn)品。
　　征集產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)：涉及日常生產(chǎn)和生活消費的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，主要包括家具家電、辦公用品、建材、家電日用品、汽車(chē)、紡織用品等；有機產(chǎn)品、綠色食品等其他符合節能低碳、綠色可循環(huán)消費的綠色產(chǎn)品。希望通過(guò)“綠葉標”產(chǎn)品的征集及評定工作的開(kāi)展，普及綠色消費理念，為政府、企業(yè)、個(gè)人等不同層面消費者從專(zhuān)業(yè)角度推薦可辨識、可信賴(lài)、可放心選擇的綠色產(chǎn)品提供參考。同時(shí)推動(dòng)工業(yè)設計國際間交流與合作，為行業(yè)帶來(lái)更多商機，促進(jìn)企業(yè)品牌價(jià)值提升、拓展市場(chǎng)，促進(jìn)我國工業(yè)設計產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。

　　在全球范圍內推廣綠葉標產(chǎn)品，鼓勵綠色消費和綠色生產(chǎn)，倡導全球合作以保護地球，推動(dòng)綠色設計在全行業(yè)、全生產(chǎn)鏈、全生命周期的滲透、貫徹與落實(shí)，實(shí)現聯(lián)合國可持續發(fā)展目標。
　　In order to promote Green Leaf Mark products worldwide,encourage green consumption and green production,advocate global cooperation to protect the earth,promote the penetration,implementation of green design in the whole industry,production chain and life cycle,and achieve the SDGs.
　　功能Function
　　每個(gè)標簽自帶RFID芯片，可以使用手機NFC功能讀取信息。
　　同時(shí)可鑒別真偽（可以與產(chǎn)品碼相匹配），同時(shí)也與條形碼、二維碼實(shí)現多碼識別,查詢(xún)產(chǎn)品綠色信息。
　　Each label has an RFID chip,which can read information using the NFC function of the mobile phone
　　At the same time,it can identify the authenticity(which can match the product code),and realize multi code identification with bar code and QR code to query the green information of products.
