　　鳳華路與天豐路交叉口東南側地塊（XDG-2022-7號地塊），地處惠山新城南段，區域規劃屬于惠山開(kāi)發(fā)區“長(cháng)安創(chuàng )新未來(lái)城”，同時(shí)也緊鄰大熱規劃“梁溪科技城”，地塊相關(guān)指標詳見(jiàn)征集文件。本項目致力于打造為無(wú)錫市惠山區地標建筑，項目規劃用地性質(zhì)為商業(yè)、辦公、居住用地，其中辦公面積48810.4㎡，商業(yè)面積2569㎡，住宅面積34253㎡，是集辦公、商業(yè)、高端物業(yè)、周邊住宅于一體的現代化復合社區。
　　The plot on the southeast side of the intersection of Fenghua Road and Tianfeng Road(plot xdg-2022-7)is located in the south section of Huishan new city.The regional planning belongs to the"Chang'an Innovation future city"of Huishan Development Zone,and is also close to the"Liangxi science and technology city".See the solicitation document for the relevant indicators of the plot.The project is committed to building a landmark building in Huishan District,Wuxi.The nature of the planned land for the project is commercial,office and residential land,including 48810.4 square meters of office area,2569 square meters of commercial area and 34253 square meters of residential area.It is a modern composite community integrating office,commerce,high-end property and surrounding residences.

　　應征人資格要求

　　1、應征人須具有承擔民事責任的能力，不接受自然人參與方案征集。
　　1.The candidate must have the ability to bear civil liability and will not accept natural persons to participate in the scheme solicitation.

　?、賾魅藶樽栽诰硟鹊钠髽I(yè)（含外資企業(yè)），應具有相關(guān)主管部門(mén)核發(fā)的城鄉規劃編制乙級及以上資質(zhì)或工程設計綜合資質(zhì)甲級或者建筑行業(yè)設計甲級資質(zhì)或者建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）設計甲級資質(zhì)；不接受本類(lèi)企業(yè)的分公司參與應征。
　?、貯pplicants who are registered in China(including foreign-funded enterprises)should have grade B or above qualification for urban and rural planning preparation or grade A comprehensive engineering design qualification or grade A qualification for construction industry design or grade A qualification for construction industry(Construction Engineering)design issued by relevant competent departments;The branches of this kind of enterprises are not allowed to participate in the application.
　?、趹魅藶樽栽诰惩猓ê郯呐_）的企業(yè)：a具有注冊所在國、地區政府主管部門(mén)或其有關(guān)行業(yè)組織核發(fā)的從事城鄉規劃、建筑設計其中之一的相應資格或執業(yè)許可,b競選時(shí)，需與境內有資質(zhì)的應征人（要求見(jiàn)①）組成聯(lián)合體；
　?、贑andidates are enterprises registered abroad(including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan):A、have the corresponding qualifications or practice licenses for urban and rural planning and architectural design issued by the competent government departments of the country or region where the registration is located or their relevant industry organizations;B、when campaigning,they need to form a consortium with qualified candidates in China(see①for requirements);
　?、蹜魅藶樽栽诰惩猓ê郯呐_）的企業(yè)在境內的分支機構參與應征時(shí)，應提供：a、依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料，b母公司注冊所在國、地區政府主管部門(mén)或其有關(guān)行業(yè)組織核發(fā)的從事城鄉規劃、建筑設計其中之一的相應資格或執業(yè)許可，c母公司對該項目承擔全部連帶責任的明確授權與聲明，d競選時(shí)，需與境內有資質(zhì)的應征人（要求見(jiàn)①）組成聯(lián)合體；
　?、踂hen the applicant is a domestic branch of an enterprise registered abroad(including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),he shall provide:A.relevant certification materials registered according to law,B.the corresponding qualification or practice license for urban and rural planning and architectural design issued by the competent government department of the country or region where the parent company is registered or its relevant industry organization,C.the explicit authorization and statement that the parent company bears all joint and several liabilities for the project,D.during the solicitation,it needs to form a consortium with qualified candidates in China(see①for requirements);
　?、鼙卷椖拷邮苈?lián)合體應征。如為聯(lián)合體應征，還應滿(mǎn)足下列要求：
　?、躎he project is accepted by the consortium.If the applicant is a consortium,the following requirements shall also be met:
　　a提供聯(lián)合體協(xié)議書(shū)，協(xié)議中須明確聯(lián)合體牽頭單位，中選后征集人將只與聯(lián)合體的牽頭方聯(lián)系和結算；
　　a.Provide the consortium Agreement,which must specify the leading unit of the consortium.After winning the solicitation,the collector will only contact and settle with the leading party of the consortium;
　　b聯(lián)合體成員最多不超過(guò)3家；
　　b.No more than 3 members of the Consortium;
　　c聯(lián)合體各方不得再以自身的名義單獨或者作為其他聯(lián)合體成員參與應征

　　參選單位承擔過(guò)超100米以上建筑的概念方案設計業(yè)績(jì)不少于3個(gè)的，提供合同主要頁(yè)（含蓋章頁(yè)）。

　　報名方式：網(wǎng)上報名，參選單位通過(guò)郵箱方式將相關(guān)資料掃描件（加蓋鮮章或電子簽章）發(fā)送至代理機構郵箱bjjzdwx 163.com，經(jīng)代理機構確認后回復繳款途徑，參選單位繳款成功后可獲取項目材料。
　　Registration method:apply online,the applicant send the scanned copies of relevant materials(stamped with fresh seal or electronic signature)to the agency through email bjjzdwx 163.com.After being confirmed by the agency,the payment method will be replied.After the successful payment,the candidate can obtain the project materials.

　　本次競選活動(dòng)主辦方將選取經(jīng)評審的前5名應征單位進(jìn)行第二輪方案征集。

　　備注1：凡進(jìn)入活動(dòng)現場(chǎng)的人員，必須戴口罩并出示健康碼、行程碼，采取“測溫+掃碼”進(jìn)，“掃碼”出?！敖】荡a、行程碼”驗證結果為紅色、黃色或行程中有涉及中高風(fēng)險地區的或體溫≥37.3℃的，嚴禁進(jìn)場(chǎng)。驗證結果為綠碼，但對于省外來(lái)（返）錫人員，應持48小時(shí)核酸陰性證明進(jìn)場(chǎng)。疫情防控政策如有變化的，以最新通知為準。
　　Note 1:all personnel entering the activity site must wear masks and show the health code and travel code,and adopt the"temperature measurement&scanning code"to enter and"scanning code"to exit.If the verification results of"health code and travel code"is red,yellow,or there is medium and high-risk areas involved in the journey,or the body temperature is≥37.3℃,it is strictly prohibited to enter the site.The verification result is green code,but who is from outside the province(returning)to wuxi,they should enter the site with a 48 hour nucleic acid negative certificate.In case of any change in the epidemic prevention and control policy,the latest notice shall prevail.
