聯(lián)合國教科文組織（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“UNESCO”）是聯(lián)合國系統內主管文化事務(wù)的政府間組織。該組織1946年11月6日成立，總部設在法國巴黎。
UNESCO is an intergovernmental organization in charge of cultural affairs within the United Nations system. The organization was founded on November 6, 1946, with its headquarters in Paris, France.
2020年5月，聯(lián)合國教科文組織研究報告顯示，全球博物館受疫情嚴重沖擊，8.5萬(wàn)家博物館曾閉館，占到全球博物館總數的近90%，全球近13％的博物館可能永久關(guān)閉。
In May 2020, the UNESCO Research Report showed that museums around the world have been seriously affected by the epidemic. 85000 museums have been closed, accounting for nearly 90% of the total number of museums in the world, and nearly 13% of museums in the world may be permanently closed.

“WE ARE THE WORLD”組委會(huì )取得聯(lián)合國教科文組織大力支持，特別設立[“We Are the World”國際兒童藝術(shù)展-杰出作品獎 ]，以表彰全球青少年以杰出的藝術(shù)創(chuàng )作對人類(lèi)命運共同體的思考。
UNESCO, as an international organization and coordinating body in the field of education, has specially set up the "we are the world" International Children's Art Exhibition - outstanding works award, in recognition of the outstanding artistic creation of young people around the world and their reflection on the community of human destiny.

中國國際電視臺法語(yǔ)頻道,中國國際電視臺法語(yǔ)頻道,CGTN-Fran?ais,中國環(huán)球電視網(wǎng)法語(yǔ)頻道對畫(huà)展進(jìn)行報道。
We Are the World 國際兒童藝術(shù)展，自2018年起已經(jīng)成功舉辦了3屆，并先后在法國、俄羅斯、白俄羅斯、瑞士等27個(gè)國家做了5次巡展。有近萬(wàn)名來(lái)自全球的小朋友參與到作品的創(chuàng )作中，向全世界表達了自己對世界美好未來(lái)的向往。
This award has been successfully held for three times since 2018, and has made five touring exhibitions in 27 countries, including France, Russia, Belarus and Switzerland. In the we are the world international children's art exhibition, nearly 10000 children from all over the world participated in the creation of the works, expressing their yearning for a better future of the world to the whole world.

繪畫(huà)、水墨畫(huà)、水彩畫(huà)、水粉畫(huà)、油畫(huà)、蠟筆畫(huà)、素描、卡通畫(huà)、版畫(huà)、漫畫(huà)、綜合繪畫(huà)等。

繪畫(huà)作品：規格A3（297mm*420mm） 或者 四開(kāi)（389mm*546mm）。
注：入展畫(huà)作不接受立體畫(huà)材，不接受木框裝裱，油畫(huà)僅限帆布畫(huà)，作品默認不退還。認證申請畫(huà)作形式不限，電子版權默認同意組委會(huì )公益無(wú)償調用。
知識產(chǎn)權
1、參與者所提交的作品必須由參與者本人創(chuàng )作或參與創(chuàng )作，并明確作品的著(zhù)作權及版權，參賽者應確認其作品的原創(chuàng )性，主辦方不承擔因作品侵犯他人（或單位）權利而產(chǎn)生的法律責任，其法律責任由參賽者本人承擔。
2、主辦方對本次活動(dòng)中評選的所有獲獎作品擁有知識產(chǎn)權及版權，主辦方享有對相應設計方案進(jìn)行再設計、生產(chǎn)、展示、出版等權益。若作品在商業(yè)使用中其著(zhù)作權存在爭議，由提供作品的參與者承擔法律責任。
3、主辦方擁有對所有參與作品進(jìn)行公益展示、報道、宣傳的權利。
4、活動(dòng)期間參與者不得將作品轉讓或許可給任何第三方，不得用參與作品參與其他與本賽事相同或類(lèi)似的活動(dòng)。
