OVERVIEW OF THE 1st ROUND
第一輪申報概況
第一輪申報自2024年10月25開(kāi)始,至12月31日截止,主辦方秘書(shū)處共收到101家單位及團隊提交申報項目232項。經(jīng)初審團隊的審核,確定校園建筑設計獎入圍57項,校園更新改造獎入圍27項,學(xué)前教育設計獎入圍21項,學(xué)習空間設計獎入圍14項,校園規劃設計獎入圍34項,校園景觀(guān)環(huán)境設計獎入圍13項。
The first round of applications will start on October 25,2024 and end on December 31.The organizer secretariat received 232 application projects from 101 units and teams.After review by the preliminary review team,57 projects were shortlisted for the Campus Architecture Design Award,27 projects were shortlisted for the Campus Renovation Award,21 projects were shortlisted for the Preschool Education Design Award,14 projects were shortlisted for the Learning Space Design Award,34 projects were shortlisted for the Campus Planning Design Award,and 13 projects were shortlisted for the Campus Landscape Environment Design Award.

Three new judges:
Mrs.Liao Jing,Founder and editor-in-chief of children's environmental design media"CONSONANCE".
Mr.Li Jinglei,Director of the engineering department of the Construction Management Office of Shenshan Campus,Shenzhen Polytechnic University.
Mr.Zuo Jie,Design director of IN-Studio,School of Architecture,Tsinghua University.
重要活動(dòng):
組委會(huì )將于2025年4月11-13日在深圳舉辦“第二屆亞洲基礎教育校園環(huán)境設計發(fā)展大會(huì ),暨2024-2025年度AEEDA亞洲教育環(huán)境設計獎申報作品展”。具體議程安排將于近期發(fā)布。
Important events:
The organizing committee will hold the"The 2nd Asia Conference on Campus Environment Design and Development of K-12 Schools and 2024-2025 Annual Declaration Works Show"in Shenzhen from April 11 to 12,2025.The specific agenda will be released soon.

獎項宗旨
亞洲教育環(huán)境設計獎(Asia Educational Environment Design Awards)旨在表彰區域內對教育環(huán)境改善、設施提升、學(xué)習空間創(chuàng )新具有影響力和推動(dòng)力的項目、團體、企業(yè)及個(gè)人。通過(guò)嚴謹程序和高質(zhì)量的評選標準,發(fā)掘具有創(chuàng )新性及示范效應的項目、杰出人物和企業(yè)以及高質(zhì)量的裝備與技術(shù),推動(dòng)教育設施不斷更新,以適應未來(lái)教育與學(xué)習方式變革。
The Asia Educational Environment Design Awards(AEEDA)aims to recognize projects,groups,companies and individuals that have influence and drive on the improvement of educational environments,facilities,and learning space innovations in the region.Through rigorous procedures and high-quality selection criteria,we will discover innovative and exemplary projects,outstanding designers and enterprises,as well as high-quality equipment and technologies,and promote the continuous updating of educational facilities to adapt to future changes in education and learning methods.

獎項設置
亞洲教育環(huán)境設計獎(AEEDA)共設置10個(gè)申報類(lèi)別,分別為:1.學(xué)前教育設計獎;2.校園更新改造獎;3.校園總體規劃獎;4.校園景觀(guān)環(huán)境設計獎;5.兒童友好設計獎;6.自然教育設計獎;7.校園建筑設計獎;8.學(xué)習空間設計獎;9.智慧校園建設獎;10.人物與企業(yè)獎。每個(gè)類(lèi)別設置金獎、銀獎、優(yōu)秀獎三個(gè)獎項(企業(yè)和設計師除外),獎項數量根據申報總數按比例設置。
The AEEDA Award has ten application categories,namely:1.Preschool Education Design Award;2.Campus Renewal Award;3.Campus Master Planning Award;4.Campus Landscape Environment Design Award;5.Child-friendly Design Award;6.Nature Education Design Award;7.Campus Building Design Award;8.Learning Space Design Award;9.Smart Campus Construction Award;10.People and Firms Award.Each category has three awards:Gold Award,Silver Award,and Excellence Award(except for enterprises and designers),and the number of awards is set in proportion to the total number of applications.

REVIEW PROCESS
評審流程
亞洲教育環(huán)境設計獎(AEEDA)評選分為申報、初評和終評三個(gè)階段。初評階段決定參選是否入圍,終評階段由國內外知名專(zhuān)家組成的評審團,對入圍作品進(jìn)行評選,最終角逐出各個(gè)類(lèi)別的金獎、銀獎。
The AEEDA selection is divided into three stages:application,initial evaluation and final judging.In the initial evaluation stage,it is determined whether the applications are shortlisted.In the final judging stage,the jury will select gold winners and silver winners from the shortlist.
ELIGIBLE EDUCATION FACILITES
申報范圍
托育設施、幼兒園與早教中心、小學(xué)、中學(xué)、高中、特殊專(zhuān)門(mén)學(xué)校、職業(yè)學(xué)校、學(xué)院與大學(xué)、社區學(xué)院;以及與兒童友好、自然教育相關(guān)的各類(lèi)設施。
Eligible Education Facilities include Nursery facilities,Kindergarten&Childcare center,Primary School,Middle School,High School,Specialized School,Vocational School,University&College,Community College;and all types of child-friendly,nature educational facilities.
■說(shuō)明事項:
1.以上設施包括新建或加建,改造或適應性再利用及修復項目,已完工的項目必須在2025年4月份之前的6年內完成。
2.在建或中標但未開(kāi)工的項目,也可參與申報。獲獎后,獲獎證書(shū)將標注“在建或方案階段”字樣。
3.已獲得“2022-2023年度亞洲教育環(huán)境設計獎”金、銀、優(yōu)秀獎的申報項目,不能再次申報本屆獎項。
■Notes:
1.The above facilities include new construction,addition project,renovation,adaptive reuse,restoration project,and project-in-progress.All projects must have been completed within 6 years prior to April 2025.
2.Projects that are under construction or have won the bid but have not started construction can also participate in the application.After winning the award,the award certificate will be marked with the words"under construction or in theScheme design stage".
3.Projects that have won the gold,silver,or excellence award of the"2022-2023 Asian Education Environment Design Award"cannot apply for this award again.

申報主體
幼兒園、中小學(xué)校、職業(yè)及大學(xué)等教育機構,教育集團及教育投資人,建筑、室內、景觀(guān)等設計單位,發(fā)展商、設施設計顧問(wèn)公司、教育空間產(chǎn)品與裝備企業(yè)、承建商。
Educational institutions such as kindergartens,primary and secondary schools,vocational schools and universities,education groups and education investors,architectural,interior and landscape design units,developers,facility design consulting companies,educational space product and equipment companies,and contractors.

THE JURY FOR 2024-2025
評審團
“AEEDA亞洲教育環(huán)境設計獎”評審團由國內外教育環(huán)境設計專(zhuān)家、老師、教育學(xué)者和專(zhuān)業(yè)媒體人士共同組成,能夠從多個(gè)維度對申報項目進(jìn)行客觀(guān)、公正的評價(jià)。
The jury of the AEEDA is composed of domestic and foreign educational environment design experts,teachers,educational scholars and media professionals,and can make objective and fair evaluations of the application projects from multiple dimensions.

JUDGING PRINCIPLES
評審原則
1.支持未來(lái)學(xué)習:設計支持塑造學(xué)生體驗和加強學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)的現代教學(xué)實(shí)踐方式。
Supporting future learning:the manner in which the design supports modern pedagogical practices that shape the student experience and enhance academic activities.
2.成長(cháng)與福祉:空間設計及材料使用,有利于師生身心健康和促進(jìn)學(xué)生生長(cháng)發(fā)育。
Growth and Wellness:The space design and the use of materials are conducive to the physical and mental health of teachers and students and promote the growth and development of students.
3.革新性:通過(guò)使用創(chuàng )新的、動(dòng)態(tài)的和強化使用者的建筑或場(chǎng)地解決方案,完成的設計在很大程度上實(shí)現了項目目標。
Innovation:the extent in which the finished design fulfilled project goals by use of innovative,dynamic,and occupant enhancing building or site solutions.
4.可持續性:項目如何達到現代能源和環(huán)境設計的期望?采用了哪些可持續建筑實(shí)踐?獲得了哪些綠色建筑認證?設計是否支持與自然的聯(lián)系?
Sustainability:How does the project live up to modern energy and environmental design expectations?What sustainable building practices did it employ?what green building certification did it receive?does the design support a connection to nature?
5.室內空間:室內設計元素(顏色、紋理、藝術(shù)、燈光、聲學(xué))如何豐富建筑環(huán)境?并與使用者年齡、空間功能和建筑本身相適應。室內空間所具有得適應性和靈活性,如何支持學(xué)習活動(dòng)和教學(xué)方式。
Interiors:how interior design elements(color,texture,art,lighting,acoustics)enrich the built environment;are applicable to the user’s age and or space function and building.The adaptability and flexibility of the interior space,how to support learning activities and teaching methods.
6.社區需求:設計如何展示靈活性和適應性以滿(mǎn)足社區的需求。設計是否適合當地人口、場(chǎng)地位置以及解決與安全、公平、多樣性和包容性相關(guān)的問(wèn)題?
Community needs:how does the design demonstrate flexibility and adaptation to meet the community’s needs.Is the design appropriate for the local population demographic,the site location,and addressing issues related to safety,equity,diversity,and inclusivity?
7.校園景觀(guān)環(huán)境設計獎主要從整體規劃、場(chǎng)地設計、功能性、場(chǎng)所精神、生態(tài)性、可持續發(fā)展、可玩性等層面進(jìn)行評分。
The campus landscape environment design award is mainly scored from the aspects of overall planning,site design,functionality,site spirit,ecology,sustainable development,and playability.
8.智慧校園建設獎的評價(jià)標準包括:助力學(xué)習效率提升,增進(jìn)教育空間靈活性與適應性;改善教育環(huán)境質(zhì)量,提升設施安全與管理效率及防災能力。
The evaluation criteria for Smart Campus Construction Awards include:helping to improve learning efficiency,enhancing the flexibility and adaptability of educational spaces;improving the quality of the educational environment,improving facility safety and management efficiency,and disaster prevention capabilities.

JUDGING CRITERIA
評審準則
1.金獎數量不高于入圍數量的20%,銀獎不高于入圍數量35%。
The number of gold awards shall not exceed 20%of the number of shortlisted entries;the number of silver awards shall not exceed 35%of the number of shortlisted entries.
2.金獎分值為80-90分,銀獎分值為70-80分。每個(gè)項目去掉最高分值和最低分值后,取其平均分。
The gold award is worth 80-90 points,and the silver award is worth 70-80 points.After removing the highest and lowest scores for each project,the average score is taken.
3.學(xué)前教育設施因其在規模、尺度和使用人群方面與其他教育設施存在巨大差異,因此,所有申報“學(xué)前教育設計獎”的項目將單獨進(jìn)行評審,不與其他教育設施橫向比較。
Preschool education facilities are very different from other educational facilities in terms of scale,size and user groups.Therefore,all projects applying for the"Preschool Education Design Award"will be evaluated individually and will not be compared horizontally with other educational facilities.
4.所有申報項目在評審過(guò)程中,均采用匿名的方式,項目設計單位、主創(chuàng )團隊名稱(chēng)均不在評審資料中體現。
All application projects will be anonymous during the review process,and the names of the project design units and main creative teams will not be reflected in the review materials.

1.評審組委會(huì )秘書(shū)處設在北京中外友聯(lián)建筑文化交流中心,由其負責申報資料收集與整理、協(xié)調與組織各項評審事宜并負責申報單位咨詢(xún)工作。

REVIEW OF PREVIOUS SESSION
2022-2023年度頒獎儀式合影?中外友聯(lián)
2022-2023年度"AEEDA亞洲教育環(huán)境設計獎”為首屆舉辦,征集發(fā)布后反響熱烈,兩輪申報共收到參賽項目326件,最終入圍247個(gè)項目參與金、銀獎角逐。經(jīng)評審團評定,其中36個(gè)項目獲得金獎,54個(gè)項目獲得銀獎。組委會(huì )于2023年6月在上海為獲獎項目舉辦了隆重的頒獎儀式。
The"2022-2023 Asian Education Environment Design Award"was held for the first time.After the call for submissions was released,it received a warm response.A total of 326 entries were received in two rounds of applications,and 247 projects were finally shortlisted to compete for the gold and silver awards.After evaluation by the jury,36 projects won the gold award and 54 projects won the silver award.The organizing committee held a grand award ceremony for the winning projects in Shanghai in June 2023.
