　　Conference Introduction
　　北京林業(yè)大學(xué)園林學(xué)院與國際文化遺產(chǎn)保護與修復研究中心（ICCROM）-世界自然保護聯(lián)盟（IUCN）世界遺產(chǎn)領(lǐng)導力計劃共同宣布將于2024年10月19日至21日在北京林業(yè)大學(xué)舉辦“連接文化和自然：ICCROM-BFU 2024遺產(chǎn)與景觀(guān)保護大會(huì )”。
　　The School of Landscape Architecture of the Beijing Forestry University(BFU)and the ICCROM-IUCN World Heritage Leadership programme announce the“Linking Culture and Nature:ICCROM-BFU HERITAGE&LANDSCAPE CONSERVATION CONFERENCE 2024”that will take place at BFU campus in Beijing,China from 19 to 21 October 2024.
　　此次“遺產(chǎn)與景觀(guān)保護大會(huì )”將匯集世界各地從事遺產(chǎn)地研究，特別是列入《世界遺產(chǎn)名錄》的文化景觀(guān)和混合遺產(chǎn)地的研究人員，就共同面臨的挑戰和機遇進(jìn)行交流，并探討研究機構、大學(xué)、遺產(chǎn)地管理團隊以及從業(yè)人員之間如何開(kāi)展合作，建立以實(shí)踐為導向的研究合作關(guān)系，通過(guò)自然-文化一體化、基于遺產(chǎn)地、以人為本的方法，加強和改善這些遺產(chǎn)地的管理和保護。
　　The“Heritage&Landscape Conservation Conference”will bring together researchers from around the world working on heritage places,in particular cultural landscapes and mixed sites inscribed on the World Heritage List,to exchange about common challenges,opportunities and exploring how the collaboration between research institutes,universities,site management teams and practitioners can work together to establish practice-oriented research collaborations to strengthen and improve the management and conservation of these heritage places through nature-culture integrated,place-based and people-centred approaches.

　　On 21 October 2024,the Conference will host a symposium where interested researchers,scholars,site managers and heritage specialists will have the chance to share their work and research through oral or poster presentations.
　　1.分議題
　　1.Proposed Sub-Themes for the Symposium
　　專(zhuān)題研討會(huì )旨在探索關(guān)于景觀(guān)和遺產(chǎn)地的全球實(shí)踐、知識和研究，并圍繞三個(gè)關(guān)鍵主題開(kāi)展研究與實(shí)踐融合的討論：
　　The aim of this session is to explore and discuss global practices,knowledge and research around landscapes and heritage places in looking at research-practice collaborations established around three key themes:

　　對自然與文化之間聯(lián)系的認知及采用整體方法以更全面地看待遺產(chǎn)管理與保護，已對遺產(chǎn)管理系統的完善起到了促進(jìn)作用，同時(shí)也突顯了遺產(chǎn)為人類(lèi)和社區提供社會(huì )、文化、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟價(jià)值的潛力。投稿者應探索遺產(chǎn)管理的整體方法，展示從傳統管理到克服機構壁壘以增強協(xié)作和綜合治理的一系列不同范例。
　　(1)Culture and nature linkages for effective heritage and landscape management
　　The recognition of nature-culture linkages and the adoption of integrated approaches for a more holistic view of heritage management and conservation has brought to improved management systems for heritage and it has highlighted the potential of heritage to deliver social,cultural,environmental and economic benefits to people and communities.
　　Authors should explore integrated approaches to the management of heritage places showcasing a range of different examples from traditional stewardship to overcoming institutional silos to enhance collaborative and integrated governance arrangements.

　　“可持續”在遺產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域是一個(gè)廣泛使用的概念，遺產(chǎn)地往往被視為推動(dòng)可持續和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。全球遺產(chǎn)地正面臨自然災害、人為威脅以及發(fā)展壓力帶來(lái)的日益嚴峻的挑戰。在這一主題下，投稿者應探討可持續性、可持續發(fā)展和韌性之于特定遺產(chǎn)地的意義，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注遺產(chǎn)地及其管理對人類(lèi)和社區所帶來(lái)的益處。
　　(2)Heritage management and sustainability
　　Sustainability is a widely used word in the context of heritage and heritage places are often referred to as drivers for sustainable and economic development.Heritage places around the world are facing increased challenges due to natural and man-made hazards as well as development pressures.Under this theme,authors should explore what sustainability and sustainable development and resilience means in relation to specific heritage places focusing on the benefits heritage places and their management can provide to people and communities.

　　在遺產(chǎn)地的管理和保護過(guò)程中，交流和傳播在提高社區和全球對遺產(chǎn)地重要性認知，尋找創(chuàng )新方式以吸引青年和更廣泛的公眾參與，加強對遺產(chǎn)部門(mén)的支持等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。投稿者應探討關(guān)于傳播遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值的有效方式，例如如何通過(guò)數字化解決方案來(lái)增進(jìn)遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值的交流和傳播，以此促進(jìn)遺產(chǎn)管理者、專(zhuān)家和研究人員的管理、保護和闡釋等工作。
　　(3)Innovative heritage communication and dissemination of knowledge on heritage values
　　Communication plays an important role in the management and conservation of heritage places,from raising awareness on the importance of these places for communities and our planet,to finding innovative ways to engage the youth and wider public,to strengthening support for the heritage sector.Authors should explore ways,e.g.,digital solutions,in which communication and dissemination of knowledge about heritage values can enable heritage managers,specialists and researchers enhancing management,conservation and interpretation efforts.

　　Interested authors are encouraged to submit a short proposal using the proposal template(https://23151.scimeeting.cn）,and the submission link is available below.The proposal should include an abstract of minimum 300 and maximum 500 English words.
　　3.評審方式
　　論文摘要將由北京林業(yè)大學(xué)（BFU）的代表及其特邀專(zhuān)家和世界遺產(chǎn)領(lǐng)導力計劃（WHL）及其國際網(wǎng)絡(luò )的代表共同組成的評審委員會(huì )進(jìn)行評估，標準如下：
　　●摘要與會(huì )議主題以及專(zhuān)題研討會(huì )主題的相關(guān)性；
　　●所提出方法/工作的原創(chuàng )性和創(chuàng )新性；
　　●摘要中呈現的解決方案或方法，及其應用于更廣泛的遺產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的潛力；
　　●摘要的質(zhì)量和團隊與摘要中所呈現的工作的相關(guān)性（摘要應該展示您的原創(chuàng )作品/研究）。
　　選拔過(guò)程將進(jìn)一步確保地區、文化和性別的公平性。
　　3.Abstract Acceptance
　　Proposals will be evaluated by the Conference Scientific Committee,made of representatives and invited specialists of BFU and the WHL programme and their networks,on the base of the following criteria:
　　●Relevance of the abstract to the theme of the Conference and the themes of the symposium;
　　●Originality and innovation of the approach/work presented;
　　●Solutions or approaches presented in the abstract and potential application to the wider heritage sector;
　　●Quality of the abstract and relevance of the team in relation to the work presented in the abstract(the abstract should present your original work/research).
　　The selection process will furthermore ensure a fair representation of regions,cultures,and gender.
　　4.截止日期
　　摘要提交截止日期延期為2024年7月31日24時(shí)。
　　入選的報告人將在2024年8月20日后通過(guò)電子郵件收到參會(huì )通知，其中包括口頭報告或海報的參會(huì )形式確認，后續可通過(guò)會(huì )議網(wǎng)頁(yè)引導提交最終文件。
　　4.Submission Deadline
　　The deadline for abstract submission is extended to 24:00(GMT+8),31 July 2024.
　　Selected presenters will be informed via email after 20 August 2024 to be oral presenters or a poster.Subsequently,they can submit the final documents through the conference website as guided.
