　　一、活動(dòng)背景BACKGROUND
　　《粵港澳大灣區發(fā)展規劃綱要》明確提出支持東莞與香港合作開(kāi)發(fā)建設濱海灣地區。在此背景下，濱海灣新區要加強和香港地區的合作交流。同時(shí)，東莞市住建部門(mén)正在加大推進(jìn)綠色建筑、節能減排的力度，并制定相關(guān)政策。目前，濱海灣新區一批重大產(chǎn)業(yè)、公共項目正在加快建設，結合國內外興起的ESG（環(huán)境、社會(huì )、治理）理念，為拓寬專(zhuān)業(yè)視野、提升管理水平、加強理念宣傳、促進(jìn)專(zhuān)業(yè)交流，濱海灣新區擬以綠色建筑為主題，開(kāi)展第一屆“東莞市粵港澳大灣區青年建筑設計挑戰賽”特色設計活動(dòng)。
　　The"Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area"clearly supports the cooperation between Dongguan and Hong Kong in the development and construction of the Binhaiwan Bay Area.In this context,Binhaiwan should strengthen cooperation and exchanges with Hong Kong.At the same time,Dongguan Housing and Construction Department is increasing efforts to promote green buildings,energy conservation and emission reduction,and formulate relevant policies.At present,a number of major industries and public projects in Binhaiwan are accelerating construction.Combined with the concept of ESG(environment,society and governance)rising at home and abroad,in order to broaden professional horizons,improve management level,strengthen concept publicity and promote professional exchanges,it is planned to carry out the first"Dongguan Greater Bay Area Youth Architecture Design Festival"with the theme of green architecture.
　　二、活動(dòng)內容CONTENT
　　本次活動(dòng)分為三個(gè)階段：東莞市粵港澳大灣區建筑設計校園挑戰賽、“綠色建筑”主題研討會(huì )暨挑戰賽頒獎典禮、校園挑戰賽優(yōu)秀作品展。
　　The event is divided into three phases:the Dongguan Greater Bay Area Architectural Design Campus Competition,the"Green Building"themed seminar and the awards ceremony for the competition,and the exhibition of outstanding works from the competition.

　　Dongguan Greater Bay Area Architectural Design College Competition
　　設計挑戰賽以高校青年學(xué)生的創(chuàng )意為聚焦點(diǎn)，為將來(lái)設計界的新銳設計師在東莞濱海灣新區提供一個(gè)展示創(chuàng )意和交流的舞臺。歡迎全球各大高校設計類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的在校學(xué)生參與，并鼓勵不同專(zhuān)業(yè)進(jìn)行跨專(zhuān)業(yè)組隊合作，在此碰撞出創(chuàng )意的火花。
　　The Design Competition focuses on the creativity of college students and provides a stage for the future emerging designers to display their creativity and exchange ideas in Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay Area.Students majoring in design from universities around the world are welcome to participate,and Cross-professional team cooperation from different professional backgrounds is encouraged to create creative sparks here.
　　1.參賽對象PARTICIPANT
　　全球各地高校的建筑學(xué)、城鄉規劃、城市設計、風(fēng)景園林、藝術(shù)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)在校大學(xué)生（含研究生）。
　　University students(including graduate students)from related disciplines such as architecture,urban and rural planning,urban design,landscape architecture,and arts from universities around the world.
　　2.設計主題Design Theme
　　競賽以“綠色建筑”為主題，擬打造苗涌生態(tài)長(cháng)廊的水岸景觀(guān)建筑群，提升周邊公共空間品質(zhì)、滿(mǎn)足商業(yè)和停車(chē)需求。地塊選址于濱海灣大道和東灣大道之間苗涌生態(tài)長(cháng)廊兩岸區域，總用地面積約7.65萬(wàn)平方米，主導功能為商業(yè)。建議以實(shí)現全生命周期的綠色化建造為目標，先行開(kāi)展地塊城市設計研究，并在場(chǎng)地內自行選址，完成一處或一組綠色建筑概念方案設計（單棟建筑面積需在800平方米以上，多棟建筑面積需在2000平方米以上）。
　　With the theme of"Green Architecture",the competition aims to build a waterfront landscape complex of the Miaochong Ecological Corridor,improve the quality of surrounding public space,and meet the needs of business and parking.The plot is located on both sides of the Miaochong Ecological Corridor between Binhaiwan Bay Avenue and Dongwan Avenue,with a total land area of about 76,500 square meters,and its main functions are commercial.It is recommended to aim for green construction throughout the entire lifecycle.Start by conducting urban design research for the plot and independently select a location within the site to complete the conceptual design of one or a group of green buildings(the area of a single building should be more than 800 square meters,and the area of multiple buildings should be more than 2000 square meters).

　　3.活動(dòng)規則Competition Rules
　?。?）設計深度：應達到概念方案設計深度，提交成果為電子版方案設計A0展板3張。
　　(1)Design Depth:The design should achieve conceptual scheme design depth.Submission should consist of 3 electronic A0 boards for the design proposal.
　?。?）競賽報名階段：建議學(xué)生跨專(zhuān)業(yè)（建筑、城市規劃、景觀(guān)等）組建團隊，以團隊名義參賽（需確定一位組長(cháng)，負責聯(lián)絡(luò )等相關(guān)事宜），參賽團隊提交設計團隊、成員名單及相關(guān)報名材料，由主辦單位對報名材料進(jìn)行審查。主、承辦方將對學(xué)生提交的報名文件進(jìn)行整理，并賦予最終提交文件編號，以郵件方式通知相關(guān)信息。
　　(2)Registration Stage:We suggest that students from different majors(architecture,urban planning,landscape design,etc.)form teams to participate in the competition.Teams should register under a team name(a team leader should be determined to handle related matters),and submit a list of the design team and members,as well as relevant registration materials.The organizing committee will review the registration materials submitted by the participants.After comprehensive evaluation by the organizing committee and the hosting committee,the selected teams will be notified by email.Unselected teams will not be notified separately.
　?。?）設計階段：參賽團隊按后續發(fā)布的設計技術(shù)文件要求開(kāi)展概念方案設計，并提交正式設計成果文件，每個(gè)參賽團隊限報一個(gè)設計方案。
　　(3)Design Stage:Participating teams should conduct conceptual design according to the technical specifications for design released later,and submit the official design results files.Each participating team is limited to one design scheme.
　?。?）成果提交階段：2024年9月5日16:00（北京時(shí)間）前，將成果電子文件發(fā)送到活動(dòng)郵箱。
　　(4)Submission Stage:Before 16:00 on September 5th,2024(Beijing Time),submit the electronic files to the activity email address.

　　(1)Received a design bonus,with a first prize prize of up to RMB 50,000.

　　(4)The award-winning design works will be exhibited in the Binhaiwan Bay Area to increase exposure and popularity.
