　　簡(jiǎn)介
　　本次競賽的主題是開(kāi)發(fā)位于黑山波德戈里察12號城市地塊的黑山臨床中心綜合體內的急救中心的概念建筑設計，競賽選址（用地編號為UP12）由三個(gè)地塊組成，屬于“黑山臨床中心”城市項目修正案的范圍，總用地面積為6,701平方米。
　　由于黑山臨床中心主樓內現有急救中心的容量已無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足黑山首都人口增長(cháng)帶來(lái)的大量患者的需求，因此有必要在黑山臨床中心綜合體內的新建一座急救中心新大樓。
　　競賽的另外兩個(gè)地塊UP11和UP13的現有建筑代表了競賽的更廣泛范圍，這兩個(gè)地塊的設計僅需要按照規劃文件規定的方式實(shí)現封閉通道。在設計黑山臨床中心的附樓時(shí)，要考慮與現有結構的體量與建筑形象之間的關(guān)系。更多要求以及競賽資料下載，詳見(jiàn)官網(wǎng)。
