三亞崖州灣科技城文體中心（深海博物館及體育中心）建成后將成為惠及大三亞100萬(wàn)人口的大型公共建筑，旨在成為一張凸顯在地特質(zhì)的濱海名片、一個(gè)高品質(zhì)的公共生活場(chǎng)所、一座極具辨識度的城市地標。本次競賽需要設計者全方位地回應地域文脈與氣候特點(diǎn)，提出具有在地性、可持續性的設計方案。設計者應深入研究的議題包括但不限于以下：The Deep Sea Museum and Sports Center in Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City will become a large-scale public facility benefiting a population of 1 million in the Great Sanya area after completion. It aims to become a coastal brand image that highlights the local characteristics, a high-quality public living place and a highly recognizable city landmark. This competition requires designers to fully respond to the local context and climate, and propose a site-specific and sustainable design scheme. Topics that designers should study in depth include but are not limited to the following:

競賽采用“公開(kāi)報名”的方式，在全球范圍內征集方案及設計團隊，分為兩個(gè)階段：

一等獎獲獎單位須與本項目建設單位（承辦單位）簽訂后續深化設計合同。合同工作涵蓋本項目方案設計、方案深化（建筑專(zhuān)業(yè)達到初步設計深度），各階段設計成果必須通過(guò)審查；負責技術(shù)交底，配合后續其他專(zhuān)業(yè)初步設計，配合施工圖設計；主創(chuàng )設計師在設計深化及施工過(guò)程中提供必要的品質(zhì)保障工作（主創(chuàng )設計師負責制）；協(xié)助業(yè)主完成可研編制、各類(lèi)報批、報建等審批手續辦理。

資料下載申請經(jīng)審批合格后，組織策劃單位將在正式公告發(fā)布后以電子郵件形式發(fā)送《工作規則》《設計任務(wù)書(shū)》等競賽資料的下載鏈接。資料下載申請截止時(shí)間以正式公告為準。

The materials include Work Rules and Design Brief, etc. The deadline for material download application shall be subject to the official announcement.
