灣區芯城人民醫院項目位于寶安區燕羅街道燕川社區內，用地范圍位于現狀道路燕川東路南北兩側，西側緊鄰羅田河，東側鄰羅田社區。醫院項目未來(lái)將填補街道醫療資源短板，滿(mǎn)足區域居民的基本醫療衛生服務(wù)需求，助力片區高水平發(fā)展，建設成為“面向世界、引領(lǐng)未來(lái)、全國示范”的嶄新燕羅。
The project is located in Yanchuan Community,Yanluo Sub-district,Bao'an District.The project land is situated on the north and south sides of the existing road,Yanchuan East Road.It borders Luotian River to the west and Luotian Community to the east.The hospital project will fill the gap in street medical resources in the future,meet the basic medical and health service needs of regional residents,assist in the high-level development of the area,and build a new Yanluo GBAlC City that is"facing the world,leading the future,and demonstrating nationwide".

本項目為公立綜合醫院，共500張床位的，用地面積為22629平方米，總建筑面積暫定為96570平方米。建設內容包括：七項基本設施用房、科研用房、預防保健用房、夜間值班宿舍、發(fā)熱門(mén)診、人防醫療工程、架空層及風(fēng)雨連廊、停車(chē)設施等，并完善室外及配套設施。
The total project site covers an area of 22,629㎡,and the total floor area of the new building is tentatively set at 96,570㎡.The construction contents include:seven basic facility rooms,research and teaching rooms,preventive healthcare rooms,night duty dormitories,fever clinics,civil air defense medical engineering,open floors and corridors,parking facilities,etc.;and the improvement of outdoor and supporting facilities.
